Visionary Rising is a creative studio based in Austin, Texas, providing authentic storytelling and targeted strategies for Creators, Startups, Saas Products, SMBs, and Multi-Disciplinary brands that want to reach their core audience and drive revenue.
WHAT'S IN A NAME
The 'Visionary' name derives from the idea that dreamers are often sleeping when they have their best aha moments, but true visionaries are the ones putting in the work.
Visionary Rising expands on the idea based on a moment in time when our founder, LaTecia, was having trouble seeing any of her ideas come to fruition. Things just always seemed to be 'off' - during a conversation, when she was contemplating giving up, a friend told her 'Dreamers go to sleep, but visionaries go to work. Years later, this idea took root and became the foundation for the studio.
The team has extensive knowledge of building brands, setting strategic visions, and helping creators and founders breakthrough when they need it most.

FOUNDER DNA
LaTecia Johnson is a Global Partnerships, Revenue & Strategy Leader, bridging the gap between creators, music, technology, and the audiences they covet. Her career has included stints at Apple, Nielsen Media, Microsoft, and several high-growth startups including A Cloud Guru & Decent Labs.
In 2022, LaTecia joined Royal, a marketplace that enables artists to sell streaming royalties directly to fans, as a founding member of the Artists & Partnerships team. While there, she led strategy & partnerships, helping artists, labels and distributors take control of their Web3 presence while creating new ways to engage with their audience through creator-led activations.
Throughout her career, she has transformed ideas into full-scale endeavors while delivering high-impact outcomes for global clients using a combination of data, actionable insights, emerging social trends, and interactive content.
